Ordering Process & Availability
Orders must be communicated directly to me via email.
When something is out of stock: I will endeavour to make up another one for you if it is a handcrafted item or source another if it is a crystal or other gift item and be in touch with you as soon as possible. Should you wish to be updated on availability you may request this via email or you could keep an eye out for something similar on my social media accountsInstagram or Facebook, (links on homepage) when we update with new stock.
Please note: *Each piece of jewellery displayed in the gallery is individually hand crafted and no two pieces will be exactly the same, therefore, if the displayed piece is no longer available, then one would have to be made up for you if you so request, depending on whether the specific requested gemstones are still available. It is important to bare in mind that sometimes due to availability of particular gemstones, it may not always be possible to source the exact same item. Often colour and shape vary in genuine crystals and gemstones as they are a gift from the earth. I will however endeavour to make sure a requested piece is as close to the displayed piece as possible after receiving an email with your preferred specifications and confirming availability with you. Once the jewellery piece has been completed you may request a picture of the finished product before confirming further details such as payment and shipping etc.
When placing an order: Please make sure that all details are correct, including the names and colours you choose, making certain that you are happy with your choice of item as we have a no return no refund policy once an order has been shipped. We will not be held liable or responsible for any damage that may occur to your order once it has left our hands. That being said, for the safety of your parcel we suggest, you choose an insured postage/courier method with a trusted courier service, we have found (The Courier Guy) to be most reliable but you may request to use any other courier service you wish.
Payments:
Preferred payment method: Direct Bank Deposit or EFT with confirmation.
Once I have processed your order I will email you the final amount owing (including postage cost) along with bank account details. Once the transfer has been sent and cleared along with proof of payment, I will send your goods to the address that you have provided. I will also send you the tracking number as soon as the parcel is with the courier service to keep you updated.
Please kindly note that prices are subject to change according to the market value of the gemstones and shipping costs, these will be updated on the website from time to time and be confirmed when ordering.
Shipping & Delivery:
*We currently only ship within South Africa.
All orders will be delivered by courier service. Please make sure to supply your correct physical address and a contact telephone number when you confirm your details.
If the purchase is under R1000.00, the purchaser will cover the shipping cost. (This will be included in the final amount owing when a purchase is made. Courier fees are normally around R50 - R150 for under 1 kg parcels depending on where you live in South Africa.)
If your purchase is R1000 or over, I will provide free delivery through a reliable courier service (for South Africa only).
Any overnight or special deliveries will not be covered.
Please allow five working days for delivery.

When an order is placed with us via email, the information is kept private and confidential at all times. Also Tracy's Treasure Trove does not use, store or gather any information about its web vistors.
